Dee Brandon

Following a 2004 auto accident, among my many injuries and surgeries was one to repair the big toe on my left foot – which had been split from the tip to the base of the toenail by a shard of metal. The surgeries to repair the toe went well; the recovery did not.
Then, this year – 2023 – upon the advice of family – I sought the counsel of Dr. Joseph Colasurdo at 26 Foot and Ankle of Madison. The treatment plan he recommended has resulted in the normalization of the appearance of the nail on the affected toe (it is actually growing out!), the resolution of the fungus that had been present intermittently since the 2005 surgery, and the complete cessation of pain with which I have dealt these many years. In addition, the use of the oofos shoes to which he introduced me has – amazingly – aided in the resolution of the vertigo that has affected my balance since 1980.
I highly recommend Dr. Colasurdo, his pedicurist, Melissa, and the exceptional staff at 26 Foot and Ankle of Madison.
