OS1st was founded in 2008 by Dave Higgins who grew the company into a “Three-generation” operation with his son and grandson. This company was built on the Higgins’ collective years of manufacturing leadership and consulting experience within the medical device and sport industries. Their first product was the FS6 performance foot sleeve, which was patented with compression zone technology to lift and stretch the plantar fascia. In 2018, the plantar fasciitis sock grew into a line of “Socks with Purpose” that targets specific conditions. Compression Zone Technology

C-zone technology is a patented, evolutionary approach to socks and performance sleeves. This technology is created with precision knitting machines to seamlessly transition between levels of compression. By utilizing Lycra energize fibers, their compression relates closely to a custom fit orthotic. These fibers are woven with specialized fibers to keep a close-fitting and flexible fit. The use of premium materials allow for their products to feel sleek, thin, and durable yet soft. The selection of micro-fibers aid in moisture management as well.

K-zone Technology

KZT is an innovative design that provides the benefits of kinesiology taping treatment without the inconvenience of temporary binding. The utilization of hypoallergenic gel stabilizers with high resistance fabrication zones, creates a binding effect in specific areas. This results in specific areas feeling more secure and sturdy without immobilization.

Skin Thin Technology

The Skin Thin Technology is applied to all socks and calf sleeves. This construction provides an unmatched cooling experience for customers. The ultra-thin panels are paired with intentionally positioned lift-bars that aids in maximizing air-flow for a skin cooling sensation.
